General notes on data structure

FSID

fsid are unique IDs assigned to each location. An fsid is unique within its location type, meaning the same location cannot share an fsid. Cross locations, an FSID may collid (for example, there could be a property with fsid of 50 and a state with fsid of 50)

Data Sources / General Information

• Property data comes from Lightbox (DMP)

• When dollars are represented, it is assumed in United States Dollars (USD)

• Data points are generally represented in metric values except when otherwise noted.
