First Street Bulk Data

First Street provides property-level data for flooding, wildfire, hurricane wind, extreme heat and poor air quality risk today and in thirty years. In addition to the First Street API, data is available for bulk download, also referred to as our Bulk Data product. This includes county-level CSV files, as well as the option to match property-level data against a list of lat/lon data. We also provide data for Shared Socioeconomic Pathways (SSPs) 1-2.6, 2-4.5 and 5-8.5 for Flood; SSPs 2-4.5 and 5-8.5 for Wind; and SSP 2-4.5 for Fire, Heat, and Air Quality.
